In addition to more detailed surveys, after recent requests we are now offering a new service that amounts to a 24 hour street audit of a Town Centre, High Street or Housing Estate. A 'day-in-the-life-review' adopts various elements from the previous TKNC research methodology and includes:-

A review of the physical condition of the Built Environment including elements such as Street Lighting
Questionnaires with people who work, live or visit the area
Interviews with local retailers and shoppers
A study of the Night-Time Economy and Crime Hot Spots during peak times

The 'microstudy' offers an objective viewpoint from a 'trained observer' for key stakeholders involved in the reducing crime, Town Centre, High Street or Housing Management and is accompanied by a written report with high quality photographs and bespoke recommendations.
